    The Troubles

    Amina looked out of the glass window of her house. It was a dark and rainy evening of October, and her parents left about twenty minutes ago to go to Target. Apparently, they had forgotten that there wasn’t that much food left in the fridge.  Amina sighed and turned away from the window when something bright-white outside caught her eye. A flashlight?     Schools are just starting to let out, and it’s becoming full-on summer. One may say that the summer season and the Covid19 quarantine don’t match up. That is the completely horrible, and also depressing truth. Yes, I know. Some things to be happy of, though, could be that quarantine is ending. Not all at once, but it is.
